By submitting this application, you agree to assume all responsibility for the dancers in your group.  You agree to hold the City of Meridian and The Meridian Downtown Association harmless for any occurrence in conjunctions with Meridian Mardi Gras.
Notes:	1. Parade will line up at 11:00am. 2. All dance groups are required to provide their own "Rolling Boom-Box". 3. Dance groups must contain 4 or more dancers. 4. All dancers must be 18 or under. 5. After the parade is completed, please make your way back to the main stage for the awards ceremony. 6. Applications must be recieved no later than 12 February, 2009.
