All Krewes must cook 5 gallons of Gumbo on site.  Gumbo is judged by local media officials, as well as, the general public.  Krewes may sale any gumbo left over after the cook-off competition.  Krewes can start set up of Krewe tents on 5th Street (between 22nd ave and 23rd Ave) as early as 8:00am.  The Meridian Downtown Association will provide utensils, dinnerware and napkins for judging.
