By signing below, you agree to hold harmless the City of Meridian, The Meridian Downtown Association and the Radio Group from any occurance in conjuction with the 97Okk Krewe of Trucks. Furthermore, you assume liability for the operation of the vehicle and/or occupants. Signature______________________________________ Notes: The Krewe of Trucks will begin at 6:00pm. Start lining up behind the 97Okk Radio Truck. Each entry in the Krewe of Trucks must have a signed application on file before the 12th of February, 2009. If the entry is a golf car, lawn mower or other non-automobile entry, there must be someone over the age of 18 riding on the entry to be responsible for the safety of the entry. |
